Boozy Fruit & Nut Xmas Cake – Gluten & Wheat Free. VEGAN
Christmas only (November & December): A delicious slowly baked densely rich fruit and nut studded boozy Christmas cake, soaked in rum (and fed 3 times) to keep it moist. Decorated with more dried fruit, whole nuts and toasted Lubeca marzipan stars. Suitable for VEGANS. Available as a log loaf (1.2 kg ) and serves 10-12 OR a gift wrapped loaf cake (sharing 3-4) or stocking filler mini loaf (for one!)
Chocolate Avocado Cake
Avocado you say? Well, don’t be alarmed :-) We’ve tested and tested to make you a cake that you’ll enjoy as much as we do. Yes, there’s a very subtle avocado taste but it’s barely noticeable – a bit like carrots in a carrot cake. Our double layer chocolate avocado cake comprises 2 moist chocolate sponges, covered with a rich dark chocolate frosting which can be left plain or flavoured with coffee, mint or orange. This indulgent cake serves 12 and makes an lovely centrepiece if needed for a birthday or other celebration. And if you don’t mention the avocado, your guests won’t taste it either.

We offer rotating seasonal flavours (which will be confirmed upon ordering) and each one serves 8-10 people. The cheesecake is baked on a crunchy biscuit base and can be fragile, therefore we can only have it delivered to London postcodes or it can be collected from our production kitchen or Borough Market.
