We need 2-3 days notice for whole cake & celebration cake orders (whilst we may be able to turn some cakes around quickly, others need more care and attention).


Polenta (cornmeal) (10.5%), fresh lemons (10%), ground almonds, cane sugar, unsalted butter (cow’s milk), free-range eggs, brown rice flour, gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, potato, maize, tapioca, buckwheat (raising agents: mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate) xanthan gum, gluten-free baking powder, sea-salt, lemon peel (contains sulphites).

Whole Cake (single layer 21cm) serves: 8-10
