Fig, Orange & Cardamom Cake – Gluten, Wheat & Dairy Free

Fresh oranges and dried figs are combined with ground almonds to create a moist cake which has been soaked with an orange blossom & cardamom syrup giving it a slightly Middle Eastern twist. 2 Star Gold winner at the 2012 Great Taste Awards.


Almonds, free-range eggs, cane sugar, polenta (cornmeal), brown rice flour, fresh orange zest & juice (11%), sunflower oil, gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, potato, maize, tapioca, buckwheat (raising agents: mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate) xanthan gum, gluten-free baking powder, dried figs (11%) (contain sulphites), cardamom (0.75%), orange blossom flower water.
