Boozy Fruit & Nut Xmas Cake – Gluten & Wheat Free. VEGAN

Christmas only (November & December): A delicious slowly baked densely rich fruit and nut studded boozy Christmas cake, soaked in rum (and fed 3 times) to keep it moist.   Decorated with more dried fruit, whole nuts and toasted Lubeca marzipan stars.   Suitable for VEGANS.   Available as a log loaf (1.2 kg ) and serves 10-12 OR a gift wrapped loaf cake (sharing 3-4) or stocking filler mini loaf (for one!)
