Ingredients

Free-range hen eggs, cane sugar, sunflower spread (sunflower oil, water, vegetable oil (sustainable palm), salt 0.75%, vitamins D2 & B12, natural flavour & colour - natural carotenes), rapeseed oil, Teff flour, gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, potato, maize, tapioca, buckwheat, raising agents: mono calcium phosphate, gluten-free baking powder), xanthan gum, raspberry jam, pure vanilla bean paste.

Whole Cake (double layer 21cm) serves: 8-10.
