Spiced Carrot Cake – Gluten, Wheat & Dairy Free

Sweet spices, fresh carrot & banana and crunchy toasted walnuts and coconut – this delicious looking and moist textured cake is a firm favourite with many. Topped with a dairy-free fresh orange zest icing. Commended in the 2011 Free From Food Awards.


Fresh carrots (16.5%), nuts (walnuts), fresh banana, desiccated coconut, free-range eggs, Muscovado sugar, sunflower oil, gluten & wheat free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), gluten-free baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, xanthan gum, icing sugar, cinnamon, mixed spice, fresh orange juice & zest, sea-salt.
