Many of our whole cakes are suitable as a celebration cakes – either for a birthday or a special event. All are gluten & wheat free and we have many that are also dairy free. We can also cater for vegans and are working on a couple of no cane sugar cakes – details soon.

Chocolate Avocado Cake- Gluten & Wheat Free. VEGAN
Avocado you say? Well, don’t be alarmed :-) We’ve tested and tested to make you a cake that you’ll enjoy as much as we do. Yes, there’s a very subtle avocado taste but it’s barely noticeable – a bit like carrots in a carrot cake. Our double layer chocolate avocado cake comprises 2 moist chocolate sponges, covered with a rich dark chocolate frosting which can be left plain or flavoured with coffee, mint or orange. This indulgent cake serves 12 and makes an lovely centrepiece if needed for a birthday or other celebration.
N.B. The white chocolate we use for message writing contains dairy (therefore not vegan).
Chocolate Chestnut Rum Torte – Gluten & Wheat Free, No Cane Sugar.
Christmas only (November & December): This indulgent cake – more of a dessert than a cake – is perfect for entertaining and a change to traditional desserts at Christmas for those who want a chocolate fix. It’s rich, smooth, dense, with a dark chocolate truffle texture speckled with pieces of chestnut. What’s more it’s suitable for those who like to reduce their sugar intake as there’s absolutely none added (except for what’s in the rum!)
A Traditional Victoria Sandwich – Gluten, Wheat & Dairy Free

- Sponge is made using some Teff flour (a highly nutritious seed from Ethopia)
Spiced Carrot Cake – Gluten, Wheat & Dairy Free
Sweet spices, fresh carrot & banana and crunchy toasted walnuts and coconut – this delicious looking and moist textured cake is a firm favourite with many. Topped with a dairy-free fresh orange zest icing. Commended in the 2011 Free From Food Awards.
Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake – Gluten & Wheat Free
A triple layer chocolate sponge sandwiched with a dark chocolate brownie, salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel – drizzled with more caramel and cacao nibs – heaven on a plate!
Red Velvet Cake – Gluten & Wheat Free
A double layer chocolate sponge sandwiched and decorated with a rich cream cheese frosting, and decorated with ‘red velvet’ crumbs. A popular American cake.
Pistachio, Raspberry & Rosewater Cake – Gluten, Wheat & Dairy Free
Levant flavours on a plate! A pistachio based cake with sunken raspberries, decorated with a rosewater syrup, crushed pistachios, dried raspberries & rose petals. Fragrant and moist.
Peanut Butter, Pretzel & White Chocolate Cake – Gluten & Wheat Free
Salty & sweet, crunchy & creamy – a peanut butter sponge sandwiched & decorated with white chocolate peanut butter frosting, crunchy salted pretzels and peanuts.
Mocha Cake – Gluten, Wheat & Dairy Free
Fancy coffee with coffee? Take a chocolate sponge, covered with a coffee syrup and coffee frosting and finish with a dark choc glaze, topped with chocolate coffee beans.
Hazelnut Praline Log Cake – Gluten & Wheat Free
Hazelnut sponge, hazelnut praline buttercream & toasted hazelnuts make this a luxurious treat. Availabe as a triple layer log cake.
Chocolate Amaretto Truffle Torte – Gluten & Wheat Free. No cane sugar.
