Teff is a tiny grass grain, mainly grown in Ethiopia and is milled into a fine flour, which can be a cream or brown colour. The grain has a very mild nutty flavour and is considered a complete protein as it contains many amino acids. It is also high in protein, calcium, iron and vitamin C.
