We are passionate about creating delcious cakes and creative confectionery. These are handmade with care,
using quality ingredients and seasonal produce, which are, where possible, ethically or locally sourced from local markets
or reputable suppliers.
All of our cakes are
gluten free and wheat free, with many also being
dairy free and some
sugar free, suitable not only for coeliacs but also for those who have a lactose/dairy intolerance or who are diabetic or anyone wanting to make a lifestyle choice.
Both cakes and confectionery contain no artificial colours, preservatives or flavours and we don't compromise on flavour or taste by using low-fat replacements. Many of our customers are often pleasantly surprised to learn that they have eaten a really great-tasting, gluten free and wheat free cake.
Our handcrafted confectionery takes a twist on traditional sweets by including either the zest of citrus fruits, aromatic spices, fresh berries or seasonal cordials, toasted nuts or single origin chocolate. We are often creating new recipes and flavours so keep an eye on our website for updates.
All of our artisan products are handmade in Vauxhall, London, and are 'Food-Lovers Britain'-approved.
