We are passionate about creating delcious cakes and creative confectionery. These are handmade with care,
using quality ingredients and seasonal produce, which are, where possible, ethically or locally sourced from local markets
or reputable suppliers.
Both cakes and confectionery contain no artificial colours,
preservatives or flavours and we don't compromise on flavour or taste by using low-fat replacements. All cakes are
gluten free, with some additional cakes are also dairy
free, fat free and / or made without sugar. Many customers have
said how surprised they were to have eaten a really great gluten free cake.
Our handcrafted confectionery takes
a twist on traditional sweets by including either the zest of citrus fruits, aromatic spices, fresh berries or seasonal
cordials, toasted nuts or single origin chocolate. We are often creating new recipes and flavours so keep
an eye on our website for updates.
GREAT NEWS! We have just won GOLD
at the Guild of Fine Food's Great Taste Awards 2010 for our Sea Salt Caramels and Macadamia & Coconut Caramels.
Last year, we received two gold stars for our Elderflower Marshmallows. Our produce is also Food Lovers
Britain approved.
All of our artisan products are handmade in a small commercial kitchen close to the Thames in Vauxhall,
London.
